Core responsibilities

Under the supervision of the workshop team leader, the Control and Power Panel Builder is responsible for the mechanical assembly of electrical components and electrical wiring, while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read electrical drawings and schematics

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of control panels according to manufacturing diagrams

• Carry out verification and testing of control panels

• Prepare various documents related to assigned tasks

• Stay up to date with new trends, methods, and technologies

• Collaborate on any other related tasks

Requirements

• DEP in Electromechanics or Electricity, or an AEC in Industrial Automation, or any relevant experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position

• French spoken and written

• Organized and autonomous

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Strong manual skills

• Attention to quality and workmanship

• Versatile

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and plans

Working conditions

• Permanent position, 40 hours per week (possibility to work 40 hours over a 4-day workweek)

• Duties performed at the company’s head office

• Start date: as soon as possible
