Entreprise Électrique MJL is a model for the design and manufacturing of greenhouses in Quebec. We hold a CSA certification for greenhouse lighting systems.
We also have exclusive use of the Priva control system in Quebec. Priva facilitates the management of farms controlled by software which integrates all the data necessary for the optimization of crops, all while controlling energy costs to minimize losses and waste of resources.

Financial aid is granted to companies of all sizes in order to facilitate the installation of greenhouse electricity. A 10% bonus is given to companies moving toward organic cultivation and devices. For this, the greenhouses can be equipped with three-phased electric circuits to increase their production capacity, to be more competitive, and to reduce their carbon footprint. 50% of the fruits and vegetables consumed in Quebec come from provincial greenhouses. Consumers are in favour of the development of local agriculture. The installation of greenhouses is thus set to increase in the coming years. Given the enthusiasm of customers for locally produced products, supermarket distributors also want to be able to sell quality vegetables and fruits with a small carbon footprint year-round.
